🌍 Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, or anywhere else, we’ll deliver your favourite British snacks straight to your door.
💰 Are the prices of the boxes inclusive of shipping?
No, prices are not inclusive of the shipping fee. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Please refer to our shipping options below for full details.
🎁 Can I send a Brit Fix box as a gift?
Absolutely! You can ship directly to the recipient, add a gift message at checkout, and even include extras or personalise the box. It’s the perfect treat-from-home.
⏰ When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed by 2pm UK time (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on Sundays, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
🚚 What are the shipping options?
- Standard Tracked Shipping (from £24.99): Royal Mail + local postal partner. 5–14 working days. - Express Courier (from £44.99): DHL/UPS by air. 2–10 working days.

📦 How are the snack boxes packaged?
Each Brit Fix box is beautifully packed in a premium gift box with shredded paper for protection and presentation. That box is then placed inside a sturdy outer shipping box for extra safety in transit.
🔁 Can I change or cancel my subscription?
If you’ve signed up to a flexible subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us. However, if you’ve chosen a fixed-term subscription plan at a discounted rate (e.g. 3 or 6 months), cancellation isn’t available until the end of the agreed period.
📋 What if an item is out of stock?
We only sell items that are currently in stock. However, if an issue arises, we’ll always contact you first to confirm your preferences before making any substitutions.
🌡️ Will heat affect my order in transit?
During warmer months, please be aware that some chocolate and meltable items may soften or deform slightly during shipping. We take care to pack all items securely, but we cannot guarantee protection against extreme heat in transit — especially on longer routes. For best results, choose express courier shipping if you’re concerned about temperature-sensitive items.
💷 Will I need to pay import taxes or customs charges?
Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local guidelines before ordering, especially for larger shipments.
📦 Can I return items?
As our products are food-based, we do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
🚪 What happens if there is no-one home when the delivery arrives?
We encourage you to select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Please keep an eye on tracking details and plan for the delivery date accordingly. That said, we know a delivery often arrives the moment you nip out! In this case, the postal worker or courier may try a neighbour or leave a calling card with next steps for re-delivery or collection. This process varies depending on your country and local delivery service.
📦 Will my delivery be insured?
The Royal Mail services we offer are not insured in order to keep shipping prices affordable. This means there is no compensation available for loss or damage with Royal Mail shipping. However, all courier services (such as DHL or UPS) are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged via courier, we’ll refund the affected items — just send us photographic evidence of any breakages.
🔐 Are my credit card details safe when using this website?
Absolutely! We take the protection of your personal information very seriously, including the security of your payment details. We use Braintree, a PayPal company, to process our online transactions using their secure encrypted payment screens. While you remain on our website during checkout, our site does not access or store any of your card details. All payments are securely encrypted and processed through Braintree. We are PCI compliant, and we also accept PayPal for your convenience.
💱 What currencies do you accept?
All of our products are priced in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and we only accept payments in GBP. If your home currency is different, your bank or PayPal provider will automatically convert the amount at the current exchange rate when you pay.
🔑 What if I forgot my login details?
If you cannot recall your password, simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login screen. Enter your email address and you’ll receive instructions by email on how to reset your password.
📝 How do I sign up for an account?
To create an account, simply click the 'Account' or 'Sign Up' link at the top of our website. Enter your email address and create a secure password. Once registered, you'll be able to track orders, manage subscriptions, and view your order history.
🛍️ Can I suggest products for future gift boxes?
Absolutely! We love hearing from our customers. If there’s a British snack, treat, or gift item you think would be perfect for a future Brit Fix box, please email us your suggestion at admin@thebritfixco.com. We carefully consider all customer feedback when planning new boxes!
